Data we store

Your account details (name, email), the mind maps, projects, tasks, comments and files you create, and technical logs needed to run and secure VMind.

How data is used

Data is used only to provide the service: showing your content to you and the people you share it with, sending notifications you enabled, and protecting the service.

Sharing

Content is private unless you share it. Public mind maps can be viewed by anyone with the link; only maps explicitly marked indexable are listed for search engines.

AI features

If the administrator enables the AI assistant, the content you send to it is processed by the configured AI provider to produce suggestions.

Your rights

You can export your mind maps, change your profile and ask the administrator to delete your account. Contact: dang.victor@worldsteelgroup.com.

Security

Passwords are hashed, sessions are protected, and access is checked on every request.
